7.1 Knowledge of memory includes variables such as person, task and strategy knowledge and involves sensitivity towards this knowledge facilitating memory storage and retrieval.
7.4 Declarative metamemory involves factual, explicit, truthful and conscious knowledge about memory. Person memory characteristics, memory task demands and knowledge of mnemonic strategies facilitate memory acquisition, storage and retrieval.
7.11 Procedural knowledge involves knowledge of strategy appropriateness, benefits and application of various mnemonic strategies for a particular task and the execution of strategies or actions.
